CRPD voter helpline
Ask a question about voting
Type a question in your own words. The answer comes from the Elections Act 2025, the IEC list of polling places, the picture voter guide or a fact check CRPD has published, with a link to read more. Nothing you type leaves your phone.

How this works
The helpline looks for the best match among 129 questions answered from the Elections Act 2025 and the Constitution, the ten steps of the picture voter guide, the IEC list of 730 polling places as used in 2021, and the fact checks CRPD has published. If nothing fits well, it says so rather than guess.
It does not predict results, does not tell anyone whom to vote for, and does not announce results: only the IEC declares the results.
This is a guide, not legal advice. The text that counts is the Act as published in the Gazette. Your voter’s card shows your own polling station.
Your questions stay with you
The answers are worked out in this page, on your phone or computer. What you type is not sent to CRPD or anyone else, and nothing is saved. Closing the page clears the conversation.
